






On July 8, 2025, Zhejiang Tiantie Technology Co., Ltd. issued an announcement to disclose its solid-state battery business to the public.
Tiantie Technology possesses advanced technologies in the production of lithium metal, including efficient electrolysis, impurity removal and purification, and low-temperature distillation, ensuring product purity reaches 99.97%-99.98%.
The company has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Inx Technology. It will supply lithium metal materials after Inx Technology's first ≥450Wh/kg solid-state battery production line with a capacity of 2GWh goes into mass production. Inx Technology's products are mainly applied in eVTOL, robots, and 3C products. These products have high requirements for energy density but are insensitive to material prices, and are expected to enter the power battery market in the future. Inx Technology's battery cells have a capacity of 1-55Ah, an energy density of 450-550Wh/kg, a discharge rate of 4C-10C, and a cycle life of 800-1000 times.
In terms of unit consumption: Preliminary estimates suggest that approximately 100 mt of lithium metal anode materials are required for 1GW of capacity. Cooperation with Inx Technology: Supply lithium metal materials, with an annual procurement volume of no less than 100 mt and a cooperation period of no less than 5 years.
Review of Tiantie's cooperation: On the evening of May 22, Tiantie Technology (300587) announced that it had signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shenzhen Inx Technology Co., Ltd. on the same day. The two parties will cooperate in the supply of solid-state lithium metal anode materials, new material R&D, production line construction, etc., to provide lithium metal anode materials for Inx Technology's solid-state 2GWh mass production line. Tiantie will supply over 500 mt of lithium metal to Inx Technology over 5 years. Based on the battery-grade lithium metal price on July 11 (552,500 yuan/mt, Li≥99.9%), with the current price at 550,000 yuan, the total value is nearly 300 million yuan!
Review of Tiantie's projects: On the morning of October 30, 2024, the trial production ceremony for the project of Anhui Tiantie Lithium Battery New Energy Co., Ltd. to produce 53,000 mt of chemicals and supporting products for lithium batteries annually (Phase I) was grandly held in the Hefei Lujiang Chemical Industry Park. The project has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and covers an area of 300 mu. Its products are widely used in medicine, organic chemicals, rubber, lithium-ion power batteries, all-solid-state lithium batteries, controlled nuclear fusion, and other fields. After the project goes into operation, it will form an annual production capacity of 30,000 mt of anhydrous lithium chloride, 10,000 mt of battery-grade lithium carbonate, 10,000 mt of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate, and 3,000 mt of lithium metal.

With advanced lithium metal production technology, we have partnered with Xinjie Energy, maintaining a stable and substantial cooperation with a potential value of nearly 300 million yuan. Our collaboration with Xinjie Energy targets high-energy-density demand sectors, and we may enter the power battery market in the future, offering significant potential for imagination. Meanwhile, our own lithium battery new energy project has commenced production, establishing a diversified capacity system for lithium battery chemicals. From material supply to cooperative applications, our industry chain layout is gradually improving. We are expected to seize the initiative in the solid-state battery sector and unleash greater development potential.
